A morning of Yoga is the best way to start the week. This morning was no different. I have seen that every yoga session that I attend is mysteriously planned around my needs. It's as if they know more about my body and what it needs than me! I guess, that's no surprise, considering how little time I have these days to look after myself. The only indulgence i have allowed myself is doing Yoga once or twice (if I'm lucky, even three times) a week.
